Gabriel initially needed one solution: complete, accurate notes added to every client file after every call. The same problem followed leads assigned to his agents. Conversations were happening, but notes were often missing or incomplete. Gabriel could not clearly see what had been discussed, what had been promised or where each opportunity stood. That is when he brought in David Strutt—one of his first real estate clients from more than 20 years earlier—to help build the solution. What began as automatic call summaries evolved far beyond its original purpose.
