1. Who We Are
Gift of Gab is an AI-powered executive assistant for real estate professionals, operated by Region Home Finder Inc., a corporation based in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Our platform helps agents capture calls, automate follow-ups, and manage their pipeline through AI.

2. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly and information generated by your use of the platform:
- Account information: name, email address, phone number, and password (hashed).
- Call recordings and transcripts: audio recordings and AI-generated transcripts of calls made through our platform.
- CRM data: contact information and notes synced from or written to Follow Up Boss and other integrations you connect.
- Usage data: features used, session duration, error logs, and performance telemetry.
- Billing data: subscription tier and payment status (payment card details are processed by Stripe and never stored by us).
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, operate, and improve the Gift of Gab platform.
- To generate AI transcripts, summaries, and follow-up suggestions from your calls.
- To sync data with your connected CRM integrations.
- To send transactional emails (verification, billing alerts, service notices).
- To detect and prevent abuse, fraud, and unauthorized access.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
4. AI Processing
Call recordings are processed by third-party AI services (including OpenAI and/or Anthropic) to generate transcripts and summaries. These providers process data under their respective privacy policies and data processing agreements. We do not use your call data to train third-party AI models.
5. Data Sharing
We share data only as necessary to operate the platform:
- Follow Up Boss: contact and note data you choose to sync.
- Twilio: phone number provisioning and call routing.
- Stripe: subscription billing and payment processing.
- Microsoft Azure: cloud infrastructure hosting your data in Canada/US regions.
- SendGrid: transactional email delivery.
We may disclose data if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Call recordings and transcripts are retained for 12 months by default. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting privacy@giftofgab.ca.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data. Residents of Quebec (Law 25), the EU (GDPR), and California (CCPA) have specific rights. To exercise any right, contact privacy@giftofgab.ca.
8. Cookies
Our web application uses essential cookies for authentication (session tokens) and preference storage. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser, but some platform features will not work without them.
9. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, encrypted storage at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. No system is 100% secure; we encourage you to use a strong, unique password and enable any available two-factor authentication.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the platform at least 14 days before they take effect.
